ESPAR SYSTEM EXPANSION

Expanded the Electronic Staff Appraisal and Performance Reporting (ESPAR) system from the Office of the Head of Civil Service to the entire Public Services Commission—positioning the system to eventually manage performanc for Ghana’s entire government workforce.

Impact: Digitized performance management for 17,000+ civil servants across 72 Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, replacing paper-based systems with real-time digital appraisals, streamlined workflows, and data-driven HR decisions.

2022-2024

COCOA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)

Delivered end-to-end digital transformation of Ghana’s cocoa sector for COCOBOD, creating a comprehensive farm-to-export traceability system.

Impact: Managing 670,000+ registered cocoa farms, tracking cocoa purchases, farmer payments, quality control, warehousing, and export logistics—digitizing Ghana’s most important agricultural export sector.

2024-2025

GHANATIN.COM TAX IDENTIFICATION PLATFORM

Built and deployed the Tax Identification Number (TIN) registration and management platform for Ghana Revenue Authority.

Impact: Streamlined tax registration process, reduced processing times, enabled online TIN applications, integrated with GRA’s core tax administration systems.

2025-2026

VASP-IN-A-BOX BANKING SOLUTION

Pioneered Ghana’s first turnkey Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) compliance solution for banks, responding to Parliament’s passage of the VASP Act, 2025.

Innovation: Created unified infrastructure integrating fiat banking, mobile money, and blockchain-based virtual assets with automated compliance (KYC/AML, FATF Travel Rule, Act 1044) built in—positioning Ghana’s banks to offer regulated cryptocurrency services.

GHANA AUDIT SERVICE AUTOMATION

Deployed comprehensive auditing system automating financial audit processes for the Ghana Audit Service.
